Locked up in these chains

A girl so young.
Loved to write act and sing.
But that all changed.
With her hopes and dreams were taken.
As they always told her she wasn't good enough.
They were suppose to encourage her.
She was their baby girl.
Who wanted to be happy and loved to smile.
They took it away.
Everyday they told her she was never good enough.
She would never go anywhere.
No one could love her.
Told she was fat and ugly.
Can never have the beauty.
She was their child and they didn't care.
They hurt her for years and years.
The depression always grew deeper.
As she never was to afriad to try.
The anixety took over her.
All because of them and their words.
All the abuse she took.
Screwed her up inside.
She thinks she will never be good enough.
As she sees them be so two faced.
The little girl with the dreams gone forever.
Now stands a 19 who will never face her dreams.
Because of everything they did to her.
Will someone open her eyes?
Show me that I can be loved and someone truly cares.
They make her locked up in these chains.
Poor baby deal with it.
I will never know what it is like to see my dreams come true.
If I am kept in this hell that they built.
